Do you price match?
Yes, we do. We'll beat anyone's price by at least 10%. We don't care if we lose money in the process. What we really care about is helping you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order if the order hasn't gone into production. Once the product has been customized with your art, cancellations are tricky. If you cancel your order while it is already in production (prior to shipping), you will have to pay for however many products that were produced. If the order ships, it would be treated like a return or exchange.
How can I get a quote?
Do you offer rush Service?
This depends on the product that you want, quantity and customization services. Most products have rush options available, and this information can be found on each product's product page. We can also work some behind-the-scenes magic in situations that warrant special attention, but you need to contact your Customer Care Rep to discuss options and fees.
When will my order arrive?
The transit time is dependent upon the distance between the factory and the shipping destination. Shipments often take about 5-35 business days. 99.9% of all the orders that we process are shipped on time.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from various manufacturing facilities throughout the China, including our main office in Shenzhen China.
What kind of payment we accept?
1) Bank Wire transfer (T/T or Telegraphic transfer): normal used by customers, highly recommended
2) Western Union payment: fastest way, especially used for urgent orders.
3) Paypal payment: special for members and VIP clients, special for sample orders of new clients.
4) Irrevocable L/C at sight payment for big order over value US$ 100,000.00
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notifying you that your order was picked up by the shipping company, and we will include a tracking number in that message.
Can I split my order and ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Just let your Customer Care Rep know (you will get an email from them shortly after you place your order), and they will be happy to assist you. Freight fees will be charged accordingly.
